Hannah Grace was born on May 18th, 2007 at 9:43pm at the Beaver Medical Center in Beaver, PA. She weighed 8 lbs. 14.5 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. This is her story.

Me and My Mommy
My Mommy and I have spent every day together, she feeds me, talks to me and listens to my problems, she is the best Mommy in the world!!
